Celem Fundacji są:
Niesienie pomocy porzuconym i krzywdzonym zwierzętom, głównie poprzez umieszczanie ich w schroniskach i prowadzenie działalności adopcyjnej.
Organizowanie schronisk zapewniających skrzywdzonym zwierzętom właściwe warunki i opiekę weterynaryjną.
Udzielanie pomocy placówkom i osobom fizycznym niosącym pomoc zwierzętom bezdomnym.
Wspieranie wszelkich działań w zakresie zwalczania bezdomności zwierząt.
Działanie na rzecz humanitarnego traktowania zwierząt poprzez organizowanie i prowadzenie edukacji kształtującej podstawy proekologiczne, pełnie wrażliwości i odpowiedzialności z los zwierząt, zarówno domowych, jak i wolno żyjących.
Współpraca ze szkołami i instytucjami w celu propagowania wiedzy dotyczącej ochrony i humanitarnego traktowanie zwierząt.
