Centrum Opieki nad Zwierzętami w Grudziądzu prowadzone przez Fundację Siedem Życzeń. Centrum Opieki nad Zwierzętami zostało wybudowane w latach 2016 – 2018 według projektu opracowanego przez Pracownię Architektoniczną Tomasza Czajki z Grudziądza. Łączna powierzchnia terenu przeznaczonego na ten cel wynosi ponad 5 ha. Podstawowym zadaniem Centrum Opieki nad Zwierzętami jest świadczenie usług publicznych w ogólnym interesie gospodarczym w celu zapewnienia opieki bezdomnym zwierzętom z terenu gminy – miasto Grudziądz.
