Schronisko dla Bezdomnych Zwierząt w Puławach (województwo lubelskie) powstało w 1998 roku. Właścicielem schroniska jest Urząd Miasta Puławy. Zakład Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. w Puławach od dnia 1 lipca 2013 r. przejął obowiązki administratora Schroniska dla Bezdomnych Zwierząt w Puławach przy ul. Komunalnej 11 (obecnie Przemysłowej 1) (podstawa prawna: Uchwała nr XXXI/328/13 Rady Miasta Puławy z dnia 7 marca 2013 r.). Obecnie w schronisku zatrudnionych jest siedem osób na stanowisku opiekun zwierząt.
Schronisko zapewnia miejsce dla około 100 psów oraz około 30 kotów. Na terenie schroniska znajdują się boksy dla psów przebywających na kwarantannie oraz boksy dla psów, które są w pełni przygotowane do adopcji. Boksy są zarówno pojedyncze, jak i podwójne. Są w nich mniejsze budy oraz większe, tak by zapewnić psom jak największy komfort pobytu. W budynku schroniska znajduje się kwarantanna dla kotów oraz dwie kociarnie. Jedna kociarnia posiada wolierę, czyli wybieg dla kotów.
